Procurement is central to delivering high quality, value for money services. The TLCiTS procurement process covers the acquisition of goods, services and works required to meet our customers demands. This ranges from the negotiation of corporate contracts for the supply of routine goods and services through to the more complex partnership arrangements or joint commissioning with other organisations. It includes all stages in the process, from identifying requirements, considering options, obtaining the required solution and contract monitoring, through to final disposal or cessation.
