Our Service Desk technicians specialise in solving first and second level issues quickly and efficiently. When incidents and problems need to be escalated they can be assigned to your internal IT department or our own third level engineers to ensure that a resolution is found.

We also offer short term contracts with our skilled TLCiTS systems engineers available when you need them - for as long as you need them. All TLCiTS systems engineers are certified and have a minimum of five years hands-on experience. For more information please refer to our skills section.

Our infrastructure support offers a varied range of services that can be tailored to suit our clients’ individual requirements. One of the keys to ensure reliable infrastructure and minimising incidents and downtime is to maintain adequate network monitoring so as to avoid problems. In order to assist with this TLCiTS conducts pre-emptive maintenance as up to 80% of all issues can be identified and avoided with proactive protection. We also offer monthly system health checks and daily remote monitoring. By utilising our monitoring software and remote access tools we are not only alerted to an issue when it arises, we can log, and access the server or any workstation and attend to the issue.

Daily backup monitoring is another focus. While most reliable backup applications will produce a log file on completion, sometimes errors occur and it is these exceptions which can lead to problems in data restoration. In order to ensure the integrity of your daily backup TLCiT emails log files to our service desk where our engineers will review and investigate if necessary.
