Julie Bow - Manager

Julie is the Manager of TLC ITStaff and has more than 30 years experience in the Information Technology industry including ten in ICT recruitment. Prior to her General Manager role at Affinity IT Recruitment, Julie was State Manager for Queensland for 4 years.

Julie’s background in IT stems mainly from solution sales and has worked with a number of major clients in the government, telecommunications and private sector.

During her time with Affinity, Julie drove the Brisbane and National business to achieve Growth year on year.

Julie opened 3 successful branches over the 4 years to make the company a national organization. Julie is very process oriented and has implemented processes and procedures to ensure that recruiting is seamless and the service provided in Sydney is exactly the same in Perth

Julie’s experience in recruitment and IT enables her to identify and satisfy the key requirements for both candidates and clients and successfully negotiate a result in which all parties win.
