Rob Boogers – Director Rob joined the Computer Industry after leaving the RAN in 1980. His first 8 years were spent in the Technical Services arena predominantly working with IBM 3270 systems. When the first PC was announced, Rob left Memorex Telex and moved into sales and marketing. In 1989 he teamed up with a colleague and started Silicon Data which went on to become a $40m+ company which was sold into Volante in 1999. |

David Hawley– Director David is one of the founders and the Financial Director for both TLCiTS and QCC with responsibility for all financial and operational aspects of the group. In 1985, after 9 years in the banking and finance sector, David embarked on his IT career with roles which focussed on emerging “mobile computing” technologies. These positions include Business Development, Sales Management at a local and national level, General Manager and Company Director. TLCiTS has been the vehicle where all this industry experience has been successfully applied. |

Roger Joy – Group General Manager
Roger has recently joined the TLCiTS team after six years at the helm of one of Australia’s fastest growing and most successful ICT Companies, Madison Technologies. Prior to entering the commercial world, Roger had a long and distinguished career of 28 years as an Australian Army Officer, culminating with his appointment as a Member of the Order of Australia in the Queen’s Birthday Honours list in 2002. Roger brings with him a strong combination of leadership and commercial management experience in his role of operations and general management for the TLCiTS group. |

Ingrid Taylor –Business Development Manager
With over 20 years of involvement in Information Technology, Ingrid possesses expert knowledge of the latest technologies and has an intricate understanding of the Queensland market. Coupled with her level of service and commitment, this experience validates our catch cry "Best Customers, Best Staff, Best Product and Best Service". Does this give us an unfair advantage? Definitely." Ingrid has experience in providing complete computing solutions to SME, Large Corporate and Government entities. She possesses various industry certifications and a Diploma in Project Management. |

John Dowd –Business Development Manager
John has over 18 years experience selling server and storage solutions in the Brisbane market. He has a technical background and would love to help you spec out your requirements for a server or backup system refresh, provide some suggestions based on what other similar sized organisations are doing or organise one-on-one sessions with appropriate vendors and manufacturers. When not working (which isn't often) he'd can be found fishing on Moreton Island from the back of his 4WD. |
