Dean Johns - Manager (Professional Services) Dean has over 25 years experience in the Information, Communications and Technology Industry. A major component of that experience was 20 years with the Department of Defence specialising in complete end-to-end mobile ICT solutions. Since leaving Defence, Dean has built on that experience by managing and directing successful major projects that includes: Design, development and implementation of a state-wide mobility solution for Queensland Ambulance used by 2000 paramedics in 800 vehicles and 830 Tablet PC. Design, development and implementation of an enterprise Data Warehouse with a Business Intelligence solution based on the Oracle BI suite of products. Justin Burstall - Manager (Technical Services) Justin has numerous Technical certifications including IBM, HP/Compaq, NEC and Toshiba. For the last 15 years he has specialised in Toshiba and is one of the most qualified Toshiba technical engineers in the country. During his career he has been involved with many high profile rollouts and technical support levels including: Rolled out 100+ Toshibas for Cisco in South East Asia Extensive technical and onsite support for many top tier companies and education departments. i.e. Westfield, Merck Sharp & Dohme, John Holland Construction, Queensland University of Technology, University of Queensland.
