TLCiTS’s Professional and Managed Services Division offers maintenance and repair services, together with providing IT support services to SME, Corporate and Government enterprises whose primary objective is to maximise their internal infrastructure and support capability within constrained IT budgets; thereby ensuring a positive outcome of improved customer satisfaction.
Support Services are managed by our IT Service Desk which monitors and provides assistance to remote sites whilst our “clean” Workshop is manned by professional technicians who are able to repair most brands of mobile computers.
Professional and Project Services capabilities include Systems Design and Architecture, integration, virtualisation and deployment of infrastructure for each enterprise.
Managed Services ensures that each contracted customer’s internal systems operate at peak performance so they can focus on their business and not IT.
Business Consulting Services focus on end-to-end business solutions by offering project management, business analysis, database design, data warehouse design and application integration solutions.
None of this is possible without our staff and business acquiring and maintaining the necessary industry and technology service accreditations.
